Nova Sports Subscription Refund Policy

At Nova Sports, we strive to provide the best experience for our members. Please review our refund policy before purchasing a subscription. By subscribing, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. General Refund Policy

All subscription fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in this policy.
Refunds will not be granted for partial use of services or unused time within a subscription period.
If a member experiences technical issues preventing access to services, they must notify us immediately at Anthony.mm3307@gmail.com, and we will assess refund eligibility on a case-by-case basis.

2. Exceptional Circumstances for Refunds

A refund request may be considered under the following exceptional circumstances:

Duplicate Payment: If you were charged more than once for the same subscription.
Service Not Rendered: If a technical issue on our end prevents you from accessing subscription benefits and cannot be resolved within seven (7) business days.
Unauthorized Charge: If a subscription fee was charged without your authorization, pending verification.

3. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time, but cancellation does not entitle you to a refund.
Once canceled, you will retain access to your membership benefits until the end of your billing period.
To ensure a smooth cancellation process, please submit cancellation requests at least 24 hours before the next billing cycle.

4. Refund Request Process

To request a refund under an eligible circumstance:

Refund requests will be reviewed within 7 business days.
If approved, refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days depending on your payment provider.
